How to Deal with Stress and improve your mood

In the book I discuss some important ways that I've used to heal and feel better and GOOD about myself:

Stress is experiences by everybody. I can be productive or destructive

When you experience stress, breathe easily and visualize calm. 

Be assertive instead of aggressive. 

 Voice your feelings, opinions, or beliefs instead of becoming angry, defensive, or passive. 

Smile a lot. When You are happy you smile, but just by smiling, it can make you feel relaxed and happy too

  1. I love that cover. ALL of it. The color choices, the picture choices, the fonts, the capsule (tho I don't think I would have noticed if you hadn't pointed it out, but it is a background thing anyway - your ability to change your way of thinking is the important part!) the words, and as always... your name!! I cannot wait to read it!
